You may cancel your ongoing package before the auto-renewal. Your cancellation will not affect your viewing rights and you will still be able to use our services up till the end of your subscription plan. You can follow the steps below to cancel your current package:


Browser (Chrome or Safari)

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account and go to My Account

2. Scroll down to see and select your active plan

3. Select Cancel Plan

4. On successful cancellation, the page will show the cancellation details


Android APP

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account and click the menu button【≡】and select Profile

2. Scroll down to see and select your active plan

3. Select Cancel Plan

4. On successful cancellation, the page will show the cancellation details


iOS APP (In-App-Purchase)

Because iOS App is subject to Apple’s financing policies, iOS App can only use Apple iTunes in-app-purchase cancellation service. Please go to iTunes to cancel your subscription 24 hours before the plan expires. If you have successfully canceled your subscription, the subscription page will not display the cancel subscription button. Or alternatively, you may like to visit Apple Support for further assistance.
